1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by TRUCLICKSLEADGEN PRIVATE LIMITED, including digital marketing services, website design and development, and business consultation webinars. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Digital Marketing Services

• Scope of Services: Truclicks provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content creation, and online advertising.

• Deliverables: The scope, deliverables, and timelines of the digital marketing campaign will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

• Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to provide necessary materials, such as content, branding guidelines, or product information, to ensure the smooth execution of the campaign.

• Payment Terms: All fees for digital marketing services must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule. Any delays in payments may lead to delays in service delivery.

3. Website Design and Development

• Scope of Work: Truclicks offers custom website design and development services, which may include website planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Client Approval: Clients must approve design drafts, wireframes, and final layouts before the development stage begins.

• Content Ownership: Clients are responsible for providing website content, including text, images, and multimedia. Truclicks will not be responsible for copyright violations regarding provided content.

• Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% is required upfront before any work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

• Maintenance and Updates: Post-launch support and maintenance services are available at an additional cost, as outlined in the contract.

4. Business Consultation Webinars

• Webinar Content: Truclicks conducts business consultation webinars on topics related to digital marketing, business strategy, and online growth.

• Registration: Participants must register in advance for each webinar. Spaces may be limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Fees: Some webinars may be free, while others require a fee. Payment must be made in full before attending any fee-based webinar.

• Non-Refundable: Fees for webinars are non-refundable, except in cases where Truclicks cancels the session.

• Participation: Participants must ensure they have a stable internet connection and access to the required software (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) to attend the webinar.

• Recordings: Truclicks may record webinars for internal use or for resale. By registering, participants consent to the recording of the webinar.

5. Fees & Payments

• Service Fees: All fees for digital marketing, website design, development services, and webinars must be paid as specified in the agreement or invoice.

• Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfer, online payment methods, or cheques.

• Late Payments: Late payments may incur a penalty of 2% of the outstanding balance per month.

• Refunds: No refunds will be issued for services once they have commenced or for webinars that have already been attended.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Content Submission: Clients are required to provide all necessary content (text, images, etc.) for digital marketing campaigns or website development within the agreed-upon timeframes.

• Communication: Clients are expected to communicate promptly with Truclicks regarding any project-related issues or queries.

• Compliance: Clients must ensure their website and digital marketing campaigns comply with all applicable laws, including copyright and data protection regulations.

7. Revisions and Modifications

• Website Design: Truclicks offers a limited number of revisions during the design phase. Additional revisions may be charged based on the scope of work.

• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Campaign strategies and deliverables may be revised based on client feedback or changing market conditions. Additional fees may apply for significant changes to the campaign scope.

• Webinars: The content of webinars may be subject to minor revisions; however, changes will not be made once a webinar is scheduled.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

• Data Protection: Truclicks will handle client data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information will only be used for the purposes of delivering services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

• Confidentiality: Both Truclicks and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of the engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Service Limitations: While Truclicks strives to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results for digital marketing campaigns, website performance, or webinar success.

• Liability: Truclicks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including loss of profits or data.

10. Termination of Services

• By Client: Clients may terminate services with written notice, subject to the terms of the service agreement. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will be due and payable.

• By Truclicks: Truclicks reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of agreement, or failure to comply with the terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your country or region]. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [your location].

Referral Program (Optional)

• Referral Terms: Truclicks may offer a referral program for clients who refer new customers to our services. Referral bonuses or discounts will be given according to the terms specified in the referral program.
